This is an exclusive Vintage Kokeshi by award-winning artisan Yoshida Takashi. She has a beautiful green kimono which contrasts nicely with her black long hair.
Yoshida Takashi was born in 1948 in Gunma Prefecture. He majored in Textile and worked under Kobayashi Inokai. He began making kokeshi at the age of 30. He won many awards including the prestigious Prime Minister's award.
