This is a lovely pair by Kato Tatsuo. Their kimonos are very lavishly deocrated. What a precious pair of pure craftsmenship. Kato Tatsuo started making kokeshi in the 1960s and studied under master Sansaku Sekiguchi. He is very popular and a major award winning artisan.
