This is a spectacular Gumma kokeshi by Yokoyama Teruo. His kokeshi are rare finds. The richness of the her kimono is what immediately stands out. The obi decorated with two butterflies is what draws your attention. What a beauty. The kokeshi is dated Heisei 5 which corresponds to 1993.
