This is a Gumma Kokeshi by Miyagawa Kunio with a dark obi. Her kimono is decorated with leaves. Wood burning techniques are used to draw some of the lines in her design. The kokeshi is heavy and made from quality wood. Miyagawa Kunio won many awards including the prime minister award twice.
