Issetsu Kuribayashi's kokeshi are one of our favorites. The natural wood often has a predominant role as ca be seen in this kokeshi. This kokeshi has a traditional hairstyle with topknot. She is a lovely elegant lady with a rare design. She is decorated with two small carved leaves.
