This is a lovely kokeshi by Kato Tatsuo. She is decorated with flowers and comes out a bamboo. She is still in good condition and comes with her original box.
Kato Tatsuo started making kokeshi in the 1960s and studied under master Sansaku Sekiguchi. He is very popular and a major award winning artisan.
